Aims & Activities
We are a Health & Wellbeing Group that offer Walking and Talking sessions, 1 mile walk at a gentle pace followed by refreshments. We also deliver Cold Water Therapy. We run the "hub" in Alnwick that offers various sessions to anyone within the community
